chrisGlitch and occularScope updated

We've been busy at Bom Shanka Machines in the past couple of weeks, updating a couple of the plugins with some new features.
chrisGlitch got some new additions:
- minimum glitch length parameter
- "deterministic" setting to always get the same random sequence after starting playback
- random preset name generator
occularScope also got an upgrade:
- gain control, either per input or linked, manual or automatic
